so 12.7 br come to ground vehicles and 13.0 for helicopters and gaijin put tiger uht in 13.0 same br with mi28, z10 , and apache wich get a missile damage buff but for tiger uht not problem have lees flare , no dircm , 8 7km range missile and this missile have weak damage model afther penetration no killed a spaa with 3 missile… where is the “balanc”?

Welcome to war thunder. BRs are chosen via “statistics” that don’t coincide with what is available to players.
Who gets what and what is considered balanced is entirely decided by what bring Gaijin the most money.
Look at how the M1A1 HC is 12.0 but the SEP got uptiered to 12.7 despite both playing nearly identical.

it’s more of cas balance
if these helis at lower BR not that many anti air AA system can counter them and at the new Br they will also painful to use the new AA system very strong it’s really hard to even fly with helis these days
All new SPAAs are at 12.7, why UHT isn’t?
UHT is a pretty old heli at this point. It was balanced according to previous gen SAM capabilities. Mind you, pantsir is still 12.0. I’m not saying that it’s weak and isn’t capable of doing anything, but compared to any other heli at top tier (except hellfire slingers) - it’s a lackluster to say the least.
I mean it doesn’t even have a gun, and only AA missile it can fire is a stinger…
Not even talking about an absolute casino that is a PARS missile. Not that long ago I had to launch 10 of them in order to kill a single BUK launcher…
12.3-12.7 is absolutely fine for it. Hellfire slingers should be 12.0 max.

Gaijin is killing the game for sure, too much problems they never address, even from years.
Gaijin is not the kind of developers who hears their community and improves, Gaijin needs to be forced to get an improve :/
