EULA/Code of Conduct question

A recent conversation I have had brought up an interesting topic, would being given a war thunder account through inheritance violate the EULA or code of conduct agreements?

I know sharing and selling accounts is not allowed and even joking about doing so can put your account at risk for being shut down. But what about being passed down a war thunder account from a dead relative or friend?

Would being passed down through family vs a friend be any different or would they both comply or violate the EULA?

I am being 100% serious and genuinely want to know the answer to this question.

So not exactly that, but I’ve found this on the ToS of Gaijin:
3.6. The User shall not sell (or buy), rent, exchange, or give away an Account.

Well no. Gaijin doesn’t do inheritance.

Have in account that what the ToS say is that you can’t basically give away an account as if the account is worth money (giving away is like gifting something). In your special case I’m not sure since it’d be inheritance and that would be best to ask someone specialized on that (on Gaijin’s part). Maybe open a ticket to support.
