Error code: RESTORE006

I am writing this message from a new account. Recently, I bought a new computer and phone, and I wanted to log into War Thunder but I can’t because I forgot my password. When I tried to reset the password, I realized that I can’t log into the phone app either, which sends me the one-time login code. So, I clicked on the option saying that I don’t have access to the Gaijin Pass account, and then I encountered an error (Error code: RESTORE006). I still have access to the email associated with this account, but there is no option to reset the password via email on the website.

What can I do about this? I don’t want to lose my account. Please help.

Probably need to hit up support by making a ticket there, so should do that if you haven’t already.
