Error about payment. Money was paid but no golden eagles

I made a transaction from Turkey via Turkcell mobile phone payment on January 20, 2024, at 22:25 local time. During the process, I was asked to respond to the message on my phone. I replied to the message.

A message has been received from you and the mobile phone company stating that the payment has been made.

But on the website it still says ‘you are expected to reply to the message.’ . After a while, the page refreshed itself and the product was still visible in my cart.

It was as if no payment had been made. But it appears that the payment has been made in my Turkcell account. I’m waiting for your help.
