Error 8111000F - Zero reply from support

For some unknown reason, I’ve been getting Error 8111000F for a week now and can’t access the game. I’ve submitted three support tickets from my official email address. Not a single ticket has been replied to after a week, and I’m starting to suspect that the Russian developers have stolen my account again and want me to create a new one and pay again. I have a history of dozens of payments on this account and I’m not going to create a new one. How should I deal with this? How can I get help and justice when nobody from technical support is responding to the tickets I’ve submitted? Should I file a lawsuit with the European Court of Justice?

I’ve been playing on the same device the whole time. I’ve been using the same computer for about four years. The same operating system. The same phone number and email address where I receive my confirmations. I haven’t changed a thing. I’ve just been abroad for the last 3.5 months, so my IP address has changed. Is that a reason for the unfair and unlawful blocking of my account? So I can’t play Gaijin products whilst travelling around Europe?

How can I resolve this and seek justice?

Error 8111000F has a specific official meaning: the account has been temporarily frozen, normally after repeated incorrect login attempts. It is intended to protect the account from unauthorised access.

Official article: https://support.gaijin.net/hc/en-us/articles/200069991-Error-8111000F-Account-frozen

The recommended steps are:

  1. Check the account email, including the spam folder, for the unfreeze instructions.
  2. Do not continue repeated login attempts while the account is frozen.
  3. Keep one support request open and reply to that request if additional information is needed, rather than creating more duplicate tickets.
  4. If the freeze was not caused by incorrect credential attempts, explain the travel/IP change in the existing ticket and wait for Support to verify ownership.

Travelling or changing IP address is not proof that the account was stolen. Likewise, the forum cannot perform account recovery or override Support. For privacy, I would also remove the public account ID from the post and provide ownership details, receipts and identifiers only through the private Support ticket.
