well I relaunch the game and it back to normal now (might not permanently)
bro playing so hard turned the game into Matrix Thunder lol.
The new update has had some issues, if you have an older graphics card you may want up update drivers, ore turn back one. if it happens with other games then you may need to look to replace it.
Partially, I seen someone else complain of ending up underground when landing at an airfield in the past couple of days.
OP clear cache and compiledShaders folders in the game folder, and verify game files, but yea, your card looks to be trouble by the minimap texture issue.
