There are more than a few issues regarding stock grinds. From aircraft being stuck with gun only for ages (like the Jags and Super Eterndard) or SARH trucks not getting SARH stock (like the Phantoms). Let alone issues regarding chaff.
But I want to highlight one specific issue that has been reinforced with the (Current) loadout on the Tornado ASSTA3 SLE. Inconsistant implementation of stock loadouts.
The ASSTA3 SLE at the moment gains Aim-9Li-1 stock, this is a near identical Aim-9M. The Tornado Gr4, the direct equivalent, at the same BR, gets Aim-9L stock and doesnt unlock Aim-9M until tier 3. This is a major imbalance and can be seen all over the place. Stock loadouts, especially for near identical like for like aircraft, should get the same starting loadout, and it shouldnt differ on a case by case basis.
In this instance, given the ONLY reason for these Tonkas to be at 12.3 is the IRCCM, I would simply give the Tornado GR4 Aim-9M stock instead of making the SLE use Aim-9Ls (that stock grind was rough) but whatever happens, improved consisency and fairness is required between all nations and their stock loadouts.
