warthunder is an arcade game where almost none of the tanks are realistically accrete and the game/map designs where all made in the 2008 using unreal engine 3 graphics and beta pixels

yeah but different teams per game the team for warthunder is just really bad
Tank on tank combat is better then ground simulator mode with using viewports commander an get killed if you turn your head out, using crewmembers per seat, having to go out of vehicle to repair and extinguish fire.
Personaly to me worst part about enlisted is removal of lone fighter from main matchmaking and putting it to custom games.
i mean i would agree but biggest issue with tanks and maps in general in enlisted is its constant cqc atleast wt has some big maps.
Depends on what part of realism we’re talking about. I like WT for having more detailed vehicle modelling but I like Enlisted for it’s inclusion of regular infantry forces and the fact battles were primarily fought by soldiers over vehicles
Enlisted also feels kinda “clunky” compared to other FPS games with realism elements. Not clunly on a “I can’t read my screen” level but on a higher sens doesn’t get rid of the feeling of horrific slowness. Definitely prefer it over BF5, but if Insurgency or Arma is on the table I’m taking one of those two
You can make them for top tier with custom gunsights. I have a semi-accurate leo 2 and t-series sights. Really wish for WW2 optics
yea but the sight system has little veriatey and the scope still doesn’t look like an optic, it looks like someone painted black on your screen. enlisted has built in historical sights with sharp and slightly distorted optics. also, forced use of gun sight.
enlisted is basically war thunder but everything is actually realistic. sure the bots suck, but honestly wt feels more like cod than enlisted, an actual first person shooter…
I tried Enlisted for a while and come back from time to time to see what’s new but I often don’t stick around for long. I like the concept of squads they have going for them, but the BR compression is absolutely horrible. As BR1 in some factions you can encounter BR3 squads pretty much every matches. They have automatic guns in their squads when you’re with bolt actions and a few early SMGs, they also have tanks you just can’t compete with.
Most of the community chases the ‘‘winning team’’ as in the faction that brings the best win rate. Sometimes the Axis wins every match, sometimes it’s the soviets, sometimes the allies, etc.
If you don’t like vehicles being hidden from purchase in WT, Enlisted does basically the same thing for a large portion of their squads (a lot of them are very interesting but you can rarely get them) and the monetization is arguably worse than in WT (Want to change the uniforms on your soldiers? I hope you saved up on Customization order coupons or you’re going to spend a lot of money: you need to pay for a helmet, a top and trousers for EVERY soldier in your squad and for EVERY front you fight on (the allies and the axis have it especially hard))
The bots are fine. They’re a little dumb, but with the BR compression you need easy targets to progress when you start. The bots can be useful especially to build stuff for you and cut you the delay.
Recently the devs have been removing some of the player agency in that the battle pass doesn’t give you Golden Orders anymore. Basically you used to be able to get these coupons to buy better guns, vehicles and soldiers from a GO shop, so you could actually get what you need for the factions you’re interested in. Now, instead of the GO, they give you directly specific guns, vehicles and soldiers, so tough luck if you get a japanese guy while never playing Japan.
I’m sticking to War Thunder, I personally like it best here, but if you’re into infantry combat, ‘‘realistic’’ battles and none of the stuff above worries you, you can give it a try!

japan is literally the best nation in that game tho, by a lot. Its rare for me to lose matches in enlisted as Japanese BR2 is incredibly good and allied players suck. try them out
I’m not saying they are bad, I’m saying that if you want to play european maps (maybe because you’re more interested in that part of the game / of WW2) and as such, you don’t play Japan, the new update can force you into getting stuff you don’t want, when before you could choose for which faction you would get the stuff. Players loose the choice of which faction should get the reward from the battlepass, instead you are forced to get what the devs want you to get.
It’s the same if you don’t play the soviets, the game might force you into getting a soviet soldier you don’t want, instead of a japanese soldier you would have been able to use
I played before the 2.0 update so I have a load of stuff unlocked as allies (from tunisia campaign before it became the tryhard campaign) and a good bit of german and communist stuff from playing stalingrad so I’m quite lucky to be able to just hop into whatever as it was just preunlocked. Its not so fortunate for new players. At least we have Burma maps now

Somehow I rather play war thunder… the BR compression really isn’t as bad here as it is there. I stopped playing Enlisted a few days ago after I was only getting matches against full SMG squads while I was there with BR I squads, getting wiped over and over again. At least in WT you still have a small chance of doing something if you’re uptiered

i mean… depends what exactly you want from realism
If you like vehicles than enlisted aint for you the main issue with enlisted if the fact that every god damn soldier you see has a explosion pack which destroys your tank 99% of the time
so you cant get nowhere close ( and if they mark you you will see entire horde coming for your with TNTS and you cant do nothing about it )
War thunder is more of “realism” clusterfuck you get highly detailed tanks / planes /helis from ww2 to modern time
but the gameplay itself is far from real.
its hard to look for a good realism game when it comes vehicles tbh if you looking for somewhat interesting experience you might wanna try hell let loose i personally found it more interesting than war thunder when it comes to tanks even tho it has its own problems as well
I find roblox mtc4 to be more realistic than enlisted and war thunder, with the exception of the graphics
If you want a game with good squad mechanics and no grind for anything, I’d recommend easy red 2
Is there grindable skins like WT, or is everything GE’ed
