When I’m in an aircraft Enemy Planes not rendering until they are basically right on top of me yet other players spot me while I’m buzzing the trees from forever away??? I heard before it’s something to do with the anti-aliasing method?
They’re literally invisible and I have maxed out crews.
Any advise?
Same here in sim+VR! are you playing other modes? i only have invisible planes on sim, other modes work well.

Does happen to me. Crews are aced ;-)
Norway was ok yesterday, Sinai i barely could see them. RWR was indicating a Rafale @12 heads on, i could not see it but he was locked on my radar, at 6miles he fired a Mica at me and I would not see the incoming mica on radar either. I never saw the rafale visually. A ghost.
That doesn’t affect the game rendering in other players, it affects the distance an enemy is spotted in air, which is normally around 7 kilometers.
Crews are maxed out with expert training
I’m just trying to figure out how some players have super vision and I can’t see crap
1, Try messing with Tree Range
2. Try messing with Grass range
3. Mess with Cockpit Sharpness in post-FX
4. mes with L inverted White and Reinhard map
5. Try deleting: CompiledShaders, Patch, Cache and verifying integrity
If that doesn’t work, try to bug report.
I do note that spotting seems weirdly worse tonight.
They did break rendering in Leviathans: Wonder if we had a similar background patch
also had this:

A few weeks ago had this:
Also we recently had a battleeye update that caused VR bugs. Wonder if related?
Edit:
- I went into settings and realized: my post-fx got reset! I went and fixed it (Cockpit sharpness at ~1/3, L inverted white at 0.387, contrast colour correction), I set my graphics to “medium” preset except for no anti aliasing
- I deleted my BattleEye folder, my Cache folder, my compiledShaders folder, my Patch folder
- Verified integrity
Suddenly, I can see enemies again without issues:

I recommend doing what I did.
Thank you! I’ll check that out tomorrow
