Email doesn´t work anymore and you cant recover it

Hello,
I created an account about a year ago and realized, that my registration email address isn´t connected to
a working email address and its not confirmed. Also, I can´t seem to be able to recover it, even if I want to. Now I want to bind my account to a new and working email address. How do I do that?
