Def against SPJs and fighters, but dedicated EW and ELINT aircraft would have no problem picking IFDL up, im pretty sure the F-4Gs sensor suite after tape 9000 could pick up IFDL lol
If you mean turning off your radar and relying completely on IFDL then yeah that’s your best bet if the APG-77s LPI is compromised

I know IFDL can communicate off of the F-22s RWR suite, im not sure if awacs can communicate with it since it cant receive from link 16

No guarantees when or if the receive capability has been put into IOC yet but this was in 2021 and its said it provides a fraction of the L16 capability so something is missing

No, growler only better if there is a reward for jamming, otherwise it is risk for little personal gain
With how it is now, Rafale would be preferable since it can cover itself with full combat capability
I think the best is you get a reward if an enemy is killed by you or your teammate while you’re jamming him, makes the most sense imo
