move cas like the top stuff up too
and then the EldE would have a place at like 12.0/12.3
Sweden could’ve gotten the RBS 23 with 6 20 km missiles since they’re apparently adding external radars this update.

I don’t think anyone is expecting that we’ll get it all at once though. Gotta start somewhere, and we are now getting two top tier SPAAs in this patch alone, so that makes for a good beginning.

If they are adding external radars they could have given Sweden a NASAMS unit, which would have had 30km range. Similarly China could have gotten a HQ-16 unit.
Giving some nations “medium range” SAMs that require an external radar, while keeping others limited to “short range” SAMs makes no sense whatsoever.
It absoluty does make sense.
1 you dont know yet what kind of disadvantage the multi vehicle stuff is gonna get.
2. Those vehicle have a minimum engangement range. Which the iris t sls and type 625e doesnt have.
They can work in tandem to protect each other
Then again, why limit some nations to short range only when they have options for short range AND mid range, especially if something like the SLAMRAAM and SPYDER AIO might come.

Besides that Multi vehicle systems are still highly experimental as well. We dont know how it would turn out.
As a result if possible gajin decided to add standalone vehicles first if possible.
Japan and germany dont currently have options.
As a result they decided to first test those with it.

Sure, let’s make the Anti Air imbalance even worse by only giving some nations 30-40km range SAMs so there is potential for one team to only have short range SAMs while the other gets both short and mid range SAMs.
Makes perfect sense, just like the Pantsir, Kh-38MT and the F-14.
Why make the game more balanced after all, forced artificial diversity is more important.
(As if all nations were using the exact same Air Defence systems IRL and Gaijin has to limit some nations to keep the trees unique, in a game with randomly matched nations where it’s important for all nations to have roughly equal weapons btw)

Your second point is entirely irrelevant, as all nations, except for Israel, already have decent short range SAMs.
And sure, if being concerned about the balance means that I’m being salty, then I’ll happily continue being salty.

I have to disagree. Pretty much every nation but Russia needs a newer, more capable SPAA system. Rolling them out to only a few nations at a time is not the ticket here. Especially when you consider which nations often get paired together.

PAC-2, S-300, HQ-9, CAMM-ER, Type03 and NASAMS when?
they are not coming since they outrange spawn, are multi vehicle and none is a “frontline” system, all of them are supposed to operate at least 10km behind the line, which is with the current map design not possible/planed, they need time to be put in fire possition, and should never be used without short range SPAA support, which is not implemented in the current mission design and not communicated to be in develoopment sofar

those leak are mostly controlled by gaijin, or do you think gaijin is incapable to find 1 or 2 devs which pirce through informations, those leaks are most likely controlled, by gaijin in order to create hype.
if those leaks are aquirred through hacks, gaijin wouldnt make a good picture of themself in terms of cyber security.
therefore
i do think they will test the short range ir missles before they try long range systems
