Either this player is cheating, or we have a serious bug

As an Xbox player, I cannot offer game files. The website complained that the file size was too big for a normal upload, so I am having to link the clip instead. This link may not stay valid forever.

I was playing 7.0 naval RB yesterday and left this guy for dead 3 or 4 times. He was at 40% buoyancy and 7% crew. He went behind an island, but I figured he would sink anyway without enough crew for repairs, so I moved on to another target. He came back and shot at me, so I got his crew lower and moved on once he hid again. This went on until he was at 0% crew, and still would not die. Even at 0% crew, his buoyancy refused to drop anywhere below 40% no matter how many holes I poked.

Suspicious, I ended up recording the last minute of the match when this IJN Kongo came out to face me one more time. You can see the Kongo is already at 0% crew, and my shells successfully destroy several major parts. Two turrets and main ammo elevators are confirmed destroyed by that last salvo. In any reasonable world, that would subtract a few more crew and bring the excess crew below 0%, thus killing the ship. But, once again, this ship refuses to die no matter what anyone does to it.

The player in question is @_Bucki (with one trailing underscore too) at the helm of this Kongo. I am not certain he is cheating. It could be some crazy bug. But either way, this is bad. A bug that makes players invincible, a lying UI display, or somebody using cheats in naval RB. Which of these do you think it is?

I made a “complaint” towards the player after the match and described what I had seen. I just went through the replay, and it is confusing to say the least. Crew counts are all over the place. They jump back and forth on the same ship in the replay with no clear true number. It is hard to pinpoint the exact time of the problem since I cannot pinpoint the time at which the crew count drops below the normal threshold. That said, according to the numbers I was seeing at the time, the problem begins at about 10:00. The scene I have uploaded occurs during the final engagement at about 13:00.

To reiterate, I am not certain these are cheats. It could also be a serious bug of some kind.
