Efficient way to grind Hinds in RB?

I am really having a bad time grinding Hinds.

If I fly too low I get killed by tanks, If I go a bit more over trees I get killed by tanks and SPAAG. Plus Begleitpanzer is often shooting me down with an ease. Even PVE ground assault is not fun because MGs from AI tanks kill with an ease. Not to mention spawning SPAAG. All I got is S-80 rockets.

If I’m too far, it’s very difficult to hit with rockets. If I’m too close I’m an easy kill for opponents. If I stand still in order to make a better aim, I get SABOT. If I’m flying faster it’s very hard to aim and hit targets. So how, how can I get better with Hinds in 9.7 RB ?

I have just unlocked Mi-24P and it’s identical unhappy grind as with '24V

Sadly there isnt a good way to grind helis that dont get atgms the only good way is to do virtual cockpit for aim and being able to see around yourself kinda gives you a fpv drone view and come in slower and hide behind buildings its hard but its better than just rusing in high and getting machine gunned

The more I try the more I get frustrated. Don’t know how to learn and get better when only why to grind parts is to make kills. Best I can do is get sometimes assist. Most of times SPAAG or a tank shot kills me before I reach ~1km from targets. This is not fun grind.
