Each time the game is launched the graphics are maxed out with RT enabled

As in the subject. Every time I turn on the game, the graphic settings are maxed out. This is quite annoying because I don’t like a vacuum cleaner on my desk. The launcher has custom settings, unfortunately I can’t edit them from the launcher.

Edit:

Changing dx12 to 11 helped… I delete temporary WT files in the …Documents\My Games directory too.
