DX11 AND DX12 issues

playing on a 3060ti 32gb ram all that fancy stuff, game worked fine like a month ago then all of a sudden dx11 and dx12 just dont work properly. DX11 will work fine for maybe 1 game then itll say “Video Driver was hung and restarted, Texture quality was reduced” and itll keep doing this every game until im forced to play on potato settings until i restart my game just for it to restart the process all over again. DX12 will run fine until i die, not until the game finishes, until i die, ill return to hanger and be stuck on a choppy 12 frames until i load into another game and when that game starts im on an unstable 30 frames until i properly take off into the air. ive tried lowering settings ive updated driver ive uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game and yet the problem persists

There was never a RTX3060Ti with 32Gb Ram Usually that was 8GB. Some limited vendors made a 16GB variant.

I have an RTX 4070Ti 16GB ram and DX12 (Beta) has lot of microstutters although having steady 90fps. I am using DX11 due to this, which works perfect.

i said RAM not VRAM, just incase it mattered or smth idk
