Dutch/French Leopard Engine Power

I just noticed that the Leopard series in the French tree has less engine power than they should actually have. At least they’re equipped with the standard MTU Ka-501 engine. Normally, it delivers 1,500 hp at 2,600 rpm. So why is that? Is it supposed to be like this? I couldn’t find anything about it on Google. Maybe it’s an export variant?

You don’t have the engine modifications unlocked yet. Once you have them unlocked, you will have the correct engine power of 1,500 hp.
