Do we know the story behind that ? You know there were training Mistels and trainingplanes often had no guns. That doesn´t mean the combat versions were also unarmed.
My guess is that that most of the caputered Mistel were training versions, hence no armament.
well considering the literal 2 seater training fw190 still had guns
The plane in the RAF Museum has an oil tank fitted where the guns used to be.

Yeah? It’s fairly common that Trainers still have some semblance of guns fitted especially if they’re advanced or conversion trainers.

Oh, now i’m with you. Sorry for the confusion. I’m really not that knowledgeable in the lower tier planes.
Then imo it would probably make a better option to have that as a future BP vehicle or for a different event (or even tech tree perhaps). Making this vehicle effectively doubly unique by not only being Mistel but also having unique guns for the fw 190 feels a bit like having your cake and eating it too so to speak. But that’s just me.
That’s Right. You’re mostly right, and I don’t think additional armament options would be combined as a set with the Mistel.
