No, if it can make corrections that is unheretly not “dumbfire”, INS is still a form of guidance, which modern weapons still use them, as mainly back ups, dumb fired ordnance doesnt correct for gravity, wind, dispersion or ballistics, these does.

dumbfire can, thats what CCIP/RP is, the calcs just need to be done on the plane
they cant, as like you said the missile is not doing those calculations or correction… which is the point.

The design can also inherently correct for gravity and the like, dumbfire cannot make active corrections

Only able to do 1 strike and no guns. Not the best. I guess it matter most for naval.
