Well, we already things like Ostwind 2. Gajin says no paper tanks, but in reality they don’t care, not to mention Mendeleev is Russian so it would likely get special treatment.

Ostwind 2 as it was added is not a paper tank, it’s fully imaginary
the only way a twin barreled ostwind could be added with some connection to reality were if the cannons were ontop of each other as in the 3,7cm Flakzwilling 43
