The ammo on it looks like H-Pzgr, however could also low quality of the pic and just Sprgr.18
I thought about making a suggestion, while the vehicle could have 3 rounds in game (1 in the chamber, 1 on the loader, 1 on the crane) it cant actually work in game sadly, as there is a MINIMUM elevation to shoot, iirc something around 40° or so. Lower elevations were only for loading.

I think maybe (if someone would ask a Mod) maybe the guns existens and testing would make a reworked Flakpanzer 341 possible.

Unlikely. Dreams Come True vehicles haven’t been shown off through update teasers before, and if it were you would think that Gaijin would’ve hyped it up more if it were.
I don’t know of any other renown Soviet vehicle that would fit this tho:

What else could it possibly be? The Tsar Tank would be based, but that one did not have any cannons and is too big. Other than that I have no idea.
Edit: I found depictions of the Tsar Tank with a sponson Cannon on each side
Most likely answer is that either Gaijin’s plans, or Gaijin purposefully obfuscated what the actual vehicle for the event is.
Or they favor Russia as they usually do and reveal the Dreams Come True vehicle early as they did in the trailer, unlike the previous two DCT vehicles of “inferior nations”.
Again, unlikely. If that were the case, the KV-7 would’ve featured much more prominently in the trailers, instead being treated like any other vehicle, which you would not expect for the vehicle that’s supposed to sell the next major event.

I don’t believe KV-7 U-13 is the Dreams Come Through vehicle.
- It’s not exactly well known, let alone ‘dream’ vehicle
- It being in the update trailer indicates it’ll most likely be part of the update
- We just had a ground vehicle event, logically an air vehicle would follow. Yes we had the Churchill AVRE before but I somehow doubt Gaijin would throw around the order for the second time this year in such way (meaning it will be months until the next ground vehicle event).
I think the Dreams come Through vehicle will be a plane.
I may be wrong of course. Yes it fits the open space in the leak perfectly, but plans can change and even the best leaks never were 100% right. But I guess we’ll see tomorrow with the dev server.
