I hope not. Kranvagen never had it’s turret produced, so it’s a little too close to being paper for comfort, though adding Kranvagen as it was during it’s use as a testbed would be kinda based. And sure, there is the E-100, but so far that’s been a one off. Besides, if the Kranvagen were to be added, it should go into the TT.
I know there are some paper vehicles in game, but I doubt they will. Gaijin doesn’t like paper vehicles and does have plans to remove the R2Y2s as soon as they get replacements for em. Sure there is the occasional Ostwind, but that’s like one or two vehicles in a sea of hundreds.
As to what I think it will be, I think that we can rule out anything that isn’t wacky or otherwise impractical for War Thunder. The general feeling I get from the event is that Gaijin uses it as an excuse to add in vehicles they don’t think would be practical in War Thunder, as seen with the Sturmtiger. Ideally, it should also be relatively famous, enough so that people would hop in to grind it out, and at a decently high BR. I give decent odds for the Bob Semple, but while it is famous and whacky, I don’t think it has a high enough BR to be a main event reward.
Yes I know it never got built, but it did go through wind-tunnel testing so we could to a reasonable degree estimate it’s actual performance. Up their with the Kranvagn with my top wishes to be added some day.
I didnt know there were pictures of the Flak 341, tho aparently that one isnt belt fed as was intended for the Flak 341.
The ammo on it looks like H-Pzgr, however could also low quality of the pic and just Sprgr.18
I thought about making a suggestion, while the vehicle could have 3 rounds in game (1 in the chamber, 1 on the loader, 1 on the crane) it cant actually work in game sadly, as there is a MINIMUM elevation to shoot, iirc something around 40° or so. Lower elevations were only for loading.
Yes, aparently new HE rounds of 735g with a Velocity of 1000,5 m/s +/-9 m/s.
I think maybe (if someone would ask a Mod) maybe the guns existens and testing would make a reworked Flakpanzer 341 possible.
Unlikely. Dreams Come True vehicles haven’t been shown off through update teasers before, and if it were you would think that Gaijin would’ve hyped it up more if it were.
