I heard somewhere that the correct time was around 6 seconds. but in game I saw it to be 7.5 seconds.

Sort of, IIRC there were unspecified issues with the autoloader operating at 10RPM (6 second reload), so it was lowered to 8RPM (7.5 seconds) early on in service which is what is reflected in game.

Yes but reload speed, including autoloaders with known rate of fire, is typically used as a balancing factor, especially with anti tank guns. Gaijin has given this as a reason for not correcting fire rates so I wouldnt expect stryker to change any time soon

Open bug report, however gaijin seems to think 7.5s is a more appropriate reload rate for this vehicle ( I respectfully disagree, it should be accurate regardless of what new BR it may warrant).
