I can imagine 8.0 fox wrecking anything but with 150-160 pen fin sabot instead of apds

Looking through a number of manufactures it seems the APDS isn’t very common though, Ordtech is to be the only one I can find that offers it, most only seem to make the APFSDS or explosive/ programable rounds.
So entirely real, just less common ammo type, or maybe just older and not widely produced any more.

Yeah that what I thought - almost entirely replaced by APFSDS for better performance

This seems like it could be the round due to weight and speed being correct, but I would be curious if most countries don’t just use the TP-T round with the same ballistics as the APFSDS-T, would be painful if a bug report got out, huh. Considering the replacement would probably be HVAP or SAPHEI.
