Does anyone know if the Supermarine Type-545 had tilting wings?

I swear every image i see of the thing the wings don’t quite fit the airframe.

And the space left around the wings looks alot like a area made to allow the wings to change angle. Similar to the F8 crusader and such.

And its not like these are pictures of a Incomplete Airframe.

Its the complete airframe, as it was ready to fly.

I can’t find anything ONLINE about it having tilting wings, But every image seems to indicate that there was SOMETHING about the wings that could move, There are even access hatches in the side of the aircraft to get to what could have been hydraulics for the system if it did have something like that.

Seriously, does anyone know?

I’ve dug and dug now and not found anything.

It seems more likely the aircraft is just unfinished in those photos. In this photo that does not appear to be a gap between the wing and fuselage.

It genuinely looks like it had SOME level of Wing tilt. Maybe not to full F8 Crusader levels, But its SOMETHING.
