if anyone trades on the gaijin market can you give me an idea of what i should buy and sell and what are the steps to buy and sell.

Depending on what you mean by that it might be illegal
If you just mean sell stuff for gjn and use it to buy other stuff, then just sell what you get randomly and buy whatever you want. Though selling gives barely anything on the marketplace unless it’s a cool vehicle.
So to be clear, don’t expect to “earn” from it, it’s just another way of spending money in the game
