Do you get GJC instantly after selling a vehicle? Or do you have to wait for someone to buy it?

I sold the T-72B3 'Arena" and I instantly got the GJC for it. The problem is, I don’t know if someone just bought it really quick or if gaijin just took the coupon and I instantly got the GJC.

Someone bought it from you. The Marketplace works in player-to-player transactions, is self explanatory, is a marketplace afterall, you sell and someone buys, is not Gaijin being affectionate.
