Do we have other offical communities like Discord or Reddit?and if so,where can I find and join them?

For reddit there’s the subreddit r/Warthunder, but as far as I know there is no official Discord community for WarThunder

There is no official discord that I know of, but many WT youtubers have discord servers you could join.

I doubt there will ever be an official discord server because I know people can’t be civil.

There is an official War Thunder Esport Discord server, but that’s it.
