okay from what I can see in the first video they are reading the screen to get the range to the squad marker which is considered cheating. I’ll try to dig an official’s response regarding reading the screen

Actually, it is not getting informations from the wt’s memory, direct screen capturing from the screen, etc. It uses a camera to check what happens on the screen.

Im pretty sure it falls under 3.2.4 as @Necronomica stated since it is being used to circumvent mechanics in the game.

It does not matter is it is a direct screen capture or from a camera, with current technology, both methods allow for the same result.

It is not directly getting original images produces by the game. Like I mentioned, the author uses a camera to check what is happening on the screen, so I am not sure if it falls into getting the original image…?

The distinction you are trying to make does not work.

In both cases, you are using a real-time video of the game to feed information to a software in order to circumvent mechanics in the game.

Does not matter if i am sitting in a car behind the wheel or sitting in an office and using a remote control. In both situations, i am legally driving the car.

I believe he could be banned since he is still doing it in the game. But it would be much harder to prove since it is only him.
