So i try to unbind DMM because im not living in japan anymore, i provide them with my passport image and even dxdiag file of my computer, after like 2 weeks they response with this.
Try contacting gaijin support i guess? It would help if you also changed your currency to what the area you moved in uses

I don’t have any sort of insight into how things like this are handled and i have no contact with the support team, but i imagine that using a VPN is probably going to interfere with such investigations.
No, i dont have VPN on my computer, i also provide them with all my ip address which i also double check and it all match with my current location.
You need to go through gaijin support https://support.gaijin.net If they can help at all. Seems DMM already made some inquiries through them unless the email is mistaken.
If they do manage to unlink the DMM, You would lose certain DMM limited items judging from what i’ve found out.
Just briefly explain that you already spoke with DMM support and state what they told you.
