As we all know Leopard 2s are facing new 11.3 or with the upcoming BR decompression 11.7 vehicles, and I realized that DM-23 is either bugged or ineffective. So this being the case the gameplay of the tank forces the players to play in more rat style. just wait and camp for the golden oppurtunity than get 2 or 3 kills at max even if you perform best and get one shotted by 11.3 or 11.7 vehicles. This situation gives players no room to enjoy or do something.
The Leopard 2A4 is the second best tank at 10.3 (soon to be 10.7) and DM23 is perfectly adequate for the BR. It could face 11.3 tanks before and will continue to face them when they move to 11.7, there’s no change there. Off the top of my head, there’s no 11.3 tank that isn’t moving to 11.7 though I may be wrong.

The DM23 on the Leopard 2A4 has 410mm of flat pen,which is more than enough at 10.3 (now 10.7 since Top Tier has been moved to a BR step)
Meanwhile,the M1 Abrams’ top shell is the M774,which flat pens -40mm point blank and does kinda worse than the DM23 at distances.
The only pro the M774 has over the DM23 is the fact that the M774 is made of DU so it has a better shrapnel cone
The DM23 is faster,beefier,pens more and both of them are at the same BR. So yeah,safe to say that the Leopard 2A4 will perform the same way it did before
