Disk SSD problem and error in War Thunder launcher

Welcome everyone, please help me guys, my disk D: is on 0% so i must buy new one, but i have War Thunder on E: and i see this error:

NOT ENOUGHT ACCESS RIGHTS TO PERFORM THIS OPERATION…

Please save me!

So what i must do to fix that?

looks like to be de OS not the SSD
