Differences in MiG-29 Export variants?

According to Wikipedia (yes, but I don’t have much time/can read Russian), MiG-29 was exported in two variants, the 9-12A and 9-12B.

Wikipedia listed “RPLK-29E radar, downgraded OEPrNK-29E optoelectronic and navigation systems and older IFF transponders” for the 12A.

What makes it exactly worse than the regular MiG-29? (As far as I know, the inferior stats aren’t simulated in game)

Finally, the 9-12B is a “Further downgraded” version. What downgrades are included, and how is it worse than the regular 9-12 and WARPAC 9.12A?
