Did every single AA really have only trace belts?

In game every single AA uses tracers. However, thats one of the biggest problems with AA: Once you fire at one plane, every other plane is alerted to your position.

How historical is that? Its a hard thing to look up but i’m sure we have some historians here who can answer the question. Were there stealth belts for AA and how common were they?

I feel like non-tracer belt options would really give AA a better fighting chance and the option to use Tracer belts would always be there, much like planes.

Well, generally, tracers gave gunners a general idea of where their bursts were going, and aided them at night as well as scared off pilots. But for Radar SPAA, I don’t really see the need for them, as the gunners would know where to approximately aim due to the lead indicator.
