[Development] T77E1: The Last Cowboy + Skink & Ram II News

Tech trees are not and have never been nations.
According to your posts here you want Skink, Vickers Mk7, and RAM entirely removed from the game cause according to your false posts “Britain never operated them.”

We get it, your post portrays your position as to hate everything semi-connected to Britain and America.

Just ignore the vehicle history I posted. Good job. Thumbs up.

Ouuuu- it’s the AA Chaffee.

I wonder what BR it is. A part of me hopes it is/below 3.7 to use with the US’s excellent 3.7 line-up.

They are though? Even the in-game help (F1 in hangar) list them as countries.

Meme vehicle, let’s go

It’s fun; but definitely not what is needed for the US TT ATM. We need some Rank IV solid spaag

Chaffee with a whole lot of machine guns. W

Also, W Canadian Exchange program.

They have labels, the tech trees have a primary country, but have never claimed to be THAT country.
The wording is hilariously good in that regard.
It’s at most a national origin of vehicles.
Cause War Thunder’s tech trees never claim to be militaries, ever. They don’t even claim to be countries.
They claim to be host to vehicles with a primary country’s vehicles, and the primary country’s flag gets the privilege of being on the front page.

The M4A5 is an American premium vehicle, but it has been placed in the British tech tree.
The game already has two Canadian vehicles in the British tech tree, and considering that the UK has already received a large number of vehicles belonging to Canada, Australia, South Africa, and India, it is evident that Gaijin is gradually placing Commonwealth vehicles into the UK tech tree.
Whether the current tech tree already has similar vehicles is clearly not a consideration for Gaijin. When the South African Class 3 (P) was added to the game, Germany already had the Radkampfwagen 90. Gaijin’s decision to add the M4A5 to the British tech tree is clearly not because the UK lacks medium tanks around this BR.

As a matter of fact, I did miss those 3 words hidden in the blog. Damn, shame on me.

That still doesn’t answer the question why SPAA better than the Duster, is only rank II. And yes, the truck is a better SPAA than the Duster AND the new enclosed sextuple .50 is better than the truck. Considering I much more prefer .50cal truck over Wirbelwind, I can confidently say the new sextuple .50 will be better than the Skink.

So why are they only rank II?

Class 3P is an event vehicle made my a German company. Britain already has the Vickers Mk11 as well.
False equivalence fallacy to compare event vehicles to non-event vehicles.
Britain lacks nothing at the BRs those event/squadron vehicles are, not even 3.7s.
M4A5 is coming cause people want it, that’s really it.

Then at least lower the Kugel to actually be useful instead of leaving it to rot at 7.0, other nations getting SPAA with protected crew means Germany becomes reliatively worse an already struggles to fend off the absurd CAS invasion US comes up with every game, a Wirbel is nice but can’t handle more than a single target and dies from a single burst of .50s.

That doesn’t make sense.
If i label something i’m giving it a name, isn’t that what it is then?

“of” is the key word here. as well as “armed forces” which is a direct synonym to “militaries”.

To be fair, people have also wanted the T77, F-105, Boxer, Skink, etc. for a long time. They are/were only added because it was convenient to Gaijin. The Thud should have been added two years before it was, the T77 as well, save with the Skink and even the boxer tbh.

Ok. cool. Now show me an independent Jugoslav TT.

That’s such a false statement…
“You only learned about EMF this year cause it was convenient for you.” No, I learned about EMF this year cause I discovered it within the last 2 years and got around to learning a chunk about it.

Learning, and developing something from that knowledge, has nothing to do with convenience and everything to do with when you first learned something is possible.
I learn about F-20, I do 2 months of research [along with other things], and I can use that knowledge if that was my job to do so.
Research and development takes time, and the first part about it for a game that’s about real military equipment is discovering something exists then juggling that with all the other things you discover exist.

it takes balls to play this AA

The us really needs spaa for the 7.7 to 9.0 gap, and the skink fleels like a lazy move when the US has a plethora of original designs to chose from
