So the lowest BR is 13.0 but the actual nuke carriers will be around 11.0? Am i reading this right?

so is if you bring planes from say 11.3 or 11.7 would you get thrown into 13.0? if so that is a massive let down as the last one went as low as 11.0 and went up to 12.0 in that bracket then 12.3 to 13.3 if this is basically only for the very end of the line that is a massive let down

Any nerfs to the SPAA?
Osas and Rolands were real fun killers as they could break the requirements for launch for either vehicle (being stationary), and would not allow for SEAD to work as they would turn off their radar constantly

nice for russia at least they can bring their planes that get to fight ships
if you dont have a 14.0 hornet for most bluefor nations you dont get to use ASMs which is so dumb
