Only the last one is, neither the preliminary F-14A Flight manual, nor SAC make mention of a “TV” sensor until the early 80’s.
and even then still retain references to the IR/TV sensor, we know the AXX-1 TCS isn’t in the IR band too.
An ‘extremely low tier’ Nuclear Escalation mode with nuke-carrying B-29A and Washington B.1; Mark 7-carrying F-84G, EE Canberra and Martin B-57 Canberra; RDS-4 carrying Tu-4 and Il-28; and with M42 Duster, ZSU-57-2 and AMX-13 DCA-40 for AI-controlled SPAAG would make for a very, very welcome addition.

It is possible that there were internal IR pods, but generally speaking, EOTS was the system that was adopted, because physically the aircraft could only accommodate the sensor in that location
And they have the same capability? If two players with equal skill (One in F-14D, one in F-14B) fought, would neither truly have an advantage?

The question is practically meaningless because you’ve provided near-identical images not even trying to leverage the advantage of one over the other, but I’d guess 14B on top and 14D on bottom if I had to.

Neither, because neither of them really has any features that make a difference, such as HMD, TVC, AESA radar or highly manoeuvrable missiles they are essentially the same aircraft, except that one has slightly superior avionics

There’s hardly any difference because there was no budget for anything else; the F-14D emerged as a quick upgrade whilst the F-14s were being phased out

Sure, except for Link-16 capability and all-aspect PD and better IRST and newer digital avionics and JTIDS and NACE and the AIM-54C ECCM and, y’know, all the other upgrades not represented in war thunder. Just ignore that the ones that are, even now, put it above the F-14B and not on par.
And how much easier is firing SARH/ARH missiles from a pre-notch with all-aspect compared to front-aspect, then? How often do you find all-aspect radar dropping locks compared to front-aspect?

Just as the F-14B is missing a ridiculous number of features, the standard AIM-54C already has a better seeker, and the AWG-9 itself isn’t as bad as it is in the game, amongst other things

Adding fly-by-wire replacing all the avionics computers with a major hardware upgrade aswell as other things is far from a quick upgrade. The D was a planned adoption before the decision to drop it. They only scaled it back due to the plan to drop it.

Please add Spall Liners for ZTZ99A (not just in Turret). Report on it has been accepted as true almost three years ago by now…and Side-ERA for VT4A1 to actually make competitive…that thing is an 12BR MBT sitting at 12.7BR same as 2A7V…
