i had it on, it just randomly let me in for some reason and i lost all controls ~an hour later
Same Issue, have tried everything suggested in this thread and my account is still at level 0. Sucks.

I just had the same issue yesterday. If you use Overwolf you have to close it with your task manager, for me uninstalling Overwolf itself worked and Dev is working perfectly as it supposed to.
