[DEV] Naval bots and "Unsinkablility lost" mechanic

In current dev server, the bots can sometimes all target one single player, with the new tuned up damage of AP rounds to hull durability, the bots can sink a battleship in just 5 mins without a single shell penetrating its citedal and deal any real damage. This needs to be addressed, when hull durability mechanic first came to live the dev did mention they do not hope it becomes the major way to sink ships, but now it has already did.

It’s either we turn down the damage to the hull of shells, or make it only the shells that penned the citedal can reduce the hull durability. Or we need to tune down the accuracy and targeting of bots, making them not hitting every single salvo and all targeting one single player

You forget that in real battle full team enemy aiming at you never gonna be the problem.
