If this one goes through its worth to maybe dig in on good source on Janus sight for Freccia and CV90 mk4
New change:

How does this translate to ingame performance?
Less drag makes it have a higher max speed, faster acceleration and loses less speed after the burner is spent. From 1.35 to 1.3125 is only a 3% decrease in drag, so it’s probably not too noticeable
This has probably been done to death, but does the EBRC have a stabiliser IRL?
yeah (I have no idea but it would be weird for them not to lol)
This is old news. There was indeed a stabiliser and software problem when the EBRC was put into service. It has been corrected since then and the first Jaguars that had those issues were retrofitted starting october 2024. Currently, the only things missing from the full advertised package are the full capabilities of the Akeron and the Diamant APS that isn’t available yet.
They had a similar issue to Ajax of early teething problems rendering the stab non-functional, like with Ajax it’s since been fixed.
UNN_Daedalos did a quick rundown a while back that’s quite informative
Yes it now has it
It suffered from early-life issues, as it sometimes happens on new vehicles
The problem has been fixed since October 2024 with the R2 standard
You could argue Akeron MP is not really realistic since Jaguar does not carry it as we speak, but by the time you remove it, french army will put it into service (planned for early 2026). Besides, it has already been tested a few times on Jaguar already
The only thing left is diamant APS, but for now we have very little information on it, and it’s not in game anyway
Ah ok, thanks for the replies that makes sense.
Maybe we could see an unstabilised version without the ATGM at a lower BR later on then.
So apparently the weight of the projectile was right in the first place ? it’s 550g and not 340g ?
It’s on the official CTA website
I was confused myself!
But my current understanding is that 550g is the figure including the weight of the sabot, as it is sometimes counted as part of the “projectile”
The source could’ve been more clear about this, so you’re forgiven :-)
As someone else said, projectile = \ = dart (what actually hits the tank)
Oh OK ! Thanks for clarifying guys ! Indeed it’s pretty confusing :')
MMP missile incorrect minimum range // Gaijin.net // Issues
They fixed the minimum range originally, then they fixed the maximum range which broke the minimum range, so now they have to fix the minimum range again without breaking the maximum range…

how broken is the minimum range rn?
