If you want to create a suggestion you can do so in the suggestion section here on the forum. That section is however pre-moderated and only posts that follow their rules and guidelines will get posted and it can take a couple of weeks for a post to get reviewed for publication. If it gets accepted and made public it then has a chance to get sent to the developers as a suggestion later on.

Can I request my post be relocated/deleted so I can upload it there, I have 1 other similar to this

You need to make a suggestion with images, history, specifications and sources and then have it approved by a suggestion mod

Edit: Seems like someone already made one. You can use the thread linked to discuss about the vehicle

They need to be submitted by you to that section and then reviewed by the Suggestion Moderators before they are made public or denied. If they in the future are denied you can send a message to the Suggestion Moderators to get clarification on why it was denied and to get a copy and re-make with corrections.

But i recommend searching in that section first, there are already a lot of suggestions created so the vehicle you’re thinking of might already be there (as shown by the user above).
