we have 4 decal slots but only 6 decoration slots…? why do we not have 8. the gap could be filled by making it 100 ge for the extra two. costing u 200 in total

we should honestly just have limit of 10 and 10 each that way if u want the most ugly tank u can. or apply random stuff like thea ddon era. spikes and other stuff. fake weapons.
or just go crazy with decals

That would be preferable, paying even a small amount of GE for every vehicle would get expensive given the number of vehicles in game.

Nah my BT-7M would be at least twice as big as usual based sheerly off of the amount of fkin shit I throw on it…
also it’s already so damn hard to figure out whether that bushed up thing on the point is an L3, ASU-57, M22, or wiesel with 6 decoration slots…imagine how hard it would be with like 83 slots 😭

Btw, ages ago, in the not the old, but very old forum, I had an extensive thread going with suggestions about vehicle customizations. That was long before 3D decorations were even added, and even before we could chose between point-mirroring and axis mirroring of decals.
Suggestions aimed to tackle opacity and weathering, but also possibility to stretch decals in one direction (instead of keeping original aspect ratio), addition of more options of unicolor decals (black variants for white decals and inversely, etc.), creation of custom decals (both clientside only but also possibility for server side, to be handled like marketplace camos), etc.
