I’m not sure M29SMT with 6 R-77, best radar in game and good flight performance shold be in same BR as F-4F KWS LW with 4 AIM-120, F-18 radar and 10.7 flight performance.
29SMT should stay on top BR (13.7)
Also strange to see increasing A-7 BRs, they just got a slight decrease.
They are still very bad planes for ARB. Significally worse than Su-25 at same BR.

Just saw the F-4 EJ kai was going to 12.7?? it would be facing the highest tier in game (13.7) with the br change i would expect it to get the aam-3 missile but it dose not look like it A plane with its best missile being the aim-7F against fox-3???

At least it could be fixed by getting AAM-3 even if they refuse to let it be 12.3.

The SMT doesnt have the best radar ingame its still quite a lot worse than APG-68 especially due to its refresh rate

Or increase the combat rating of the AV-8B Plus to 13.3. Or lower the Phantom’s battle rating to 13.0. Their weapons and capabilities are the same, but for some reason the gaijin doesn’t think so…

The A7D/E should both be 10.0, moving them to 10.3/7 is crazy, they offer nothing in Air RB better then anything else, and are virtually the same with basically the same missiles, and are easily out classed by fighters and strike air craft from 9.0-9.7, hell they could even go 9.7 (they are basically worse harriers, they don’t have as good acceleration and no thrust vectoring)

All radars in WT is actually UI placeholders, especially upper top tier, which is almost all have same ranges and angles.
The treatment of the EJkai is wrong. It is unthinkable that it should have the same BR as the F-14B, which has the same armament, additional ARH, and an overwhelmingly superior radar. Even if it is equipped with AAM-3, the distortion will only increase with the F-4’s FM. It should remain the current 9L and 7F and be made 12.3.

As bad as the F-4F may be, it does get more missiles and better flight performance than the AV-8B. I don’t think they should be the same BR.

Overall this a good an welcome change, it will need some tweaking (like the Tornado ADV being a lower BR than the Phantom FG.1, WTF?) but that can all be sorted out.
What bugs me is that ground RB is still in DIRE NEED for decompression and a whole 2 BRs behind air now, 13.0+ would give many vehicles breathing room and would enable much more fine balancing, which 8.7 to 11.0 badly needs, furthermore it would also allow to balance the S1 by placing it WAY higher than any other SPAA in the game as it should be.
(The fact that it is at the same BR as the FLARAKRAD & co is laughable (if it weren´t so sad).

And why is the Netz, a F-16 Block 10 with only Python 3 (with no IRCCM) and only x60 countermeasures in the same br as things like the Gripen (better FM, missiles and way more countermeasures) or the AV-8B Plus (AIM-120)???

I’m sorry, but MIG29SMT is getting absolutely curb-stomped by F16C and F15C’s at the moment. It’s high altitude climb and speed performance is some of the worst at top-tier, it’s drag is some of the worst in game. Its radar has good horizontal gimbal, but horrible vertical gimbal (33% less than F16C/F15C), meaning it can’t crank properly. R77’s are also much worse than the AIM120’s, massively outranged.
