it is already the highest Phantom without ARH-missiles, it doesn’t need an even higher BR.
All Phantoms with more than +0.3 BR change are genereally overtiered after these changes. -

You should consider decompressing 5.0-7.0 Air RB. It’s atrocious that the J6K is fighting jets now

It doesn’t solve the issue of of subsonic AMRAAM carriers being pitted constantly against air superiority fighters.

WHY THE F-105D thunderchief and F-111a are getting uptiered?, those planes only have BS missiles, thunderchief only have 9E WITHOUT FLARES, and f111 ONLY HAVE the useless 9B!!

Su-25BM, 25T, 25SM3 are practically the same plane in air RB
even Su-25SM3 is the worse among these 3 because less missile (lack of R-60M)
yet it has significantly higher BR?
these 3 should be at 11.0 or 11.3 at max

First, the F-15 is superior to the JAS-39 with better speed, acceleration, radar, and armament while only slightly lower instantaneous and sustained turn rate. The radar and SARH advantages are particularly significant nowadays between the multipath changes and contending with ARH.
Second, then move that up too

The KH-38 arent bad as air to air missiles but yeah it is a bit high for a subsonic attacker with only 2 real air to air missiles

all i can see with a quick search is that the SkyGuardian 200 was used on the FA.2 not the 2000

So, mirage F1C is moved higher(12.0) than MiG-23MLA(MLD)(11.7), despite the fact that F1C is simply worse.
Then mirage F1CT, that only different from F1C by having better RWR and one gun less is going higher(12.3) than F1C(12.0)…(still not offering any different gameplay or weaponry).
Then mirage 2000D and mirage 2000C(s-4/5) are placed on same BR(12.3)…While obviously none of them are equal in capabilities.
It’s more than simple “Go up one BR step”, it’s rather a decision followed by some logic I fail to understand here.
And again, it’s not decompression of top tier. It’s compression of it, good they decompressed somewhat 9.0-10.0 range, but what about jets in rest of top tier?

200 would still be better than the current rwr but it did use 2000 same as later jaguars unless gaijin is pulling the “its actually the plane from 2 picoseconds before it recieved the rwr”
Right now I wouldn’t call the M23 better than the F1. The latest changes to the Mig completely killed the plane, while the F1C can have 2 easy kills with Magic 2.
The F1C has IRCCM and working MTI
Yes, for missiles that in most cases, give more frustration than kills. You’ll probably die more trying to use them even.
Seeing huge change like this is always good, we will never konw a change is good or bad before we do it.
For example, the F-4C, which DOESNT have flare and high performance missile, now have chance to fight against Mig-23ML
But like I said, we will never know its good or bad before we apply it, its always good to try. Thank you developers!

“map too small”?
The F-15 will dominate at any engagement range over 1.5km. The maps are not too small, American pilots are simply getting too close and using their aircraft poorly instead of simply killing the Gripen or any other aircraft with an AIM-7M or AIM-9M and blowing through before they can retaliate.

Working MTI doesn’t help when it has the worst radar missiles at the tier if they gave it 530D then itd be fine
