This decal has been present since 1975 when it was used for the first time in the A-37B Dragonfly of the Chilean air force and later being used in the A-36 Toquí where it is best appreciated since it is in these last planes where the decal is bigger. It is easily distinguishable since it represents an eagle posing sideways. The decal is like this since it represents the official insignia of group number 1 of the FACH, being the oldest group of all.
