Twelve years. That’s how long I’ve stuck with this game. I’ve seen it grow, stall, and repeat the same gameplay loop over and over. Three capture points, same mechanics, barely any meaningful evolution. And through it all, I’ve watched the company make decisions that feel less and less player-focused.
Let’s talk about the M1128, a favorite of mine. That tank earned its place—it performed well in real world conditions like Kursk, and instead of celebrating that, they nerfed it over and over again. And the M900 round gets hit again… Why? Because it’s doing well at its BR? Meanwhile, other vehicles—like the S38 premium Russian tank—can do everything without nerf consequence. Just and random comparison i know. But the imbalance is obvious, and yes, the bias is real. But we already know that.
This post isn’t about the bias. It’s about saying goodbye. Goodbye to a tank that actually deserved respect. Goodbye to the idea that performance is rewarded. I stopped spending money on this game over a year ago, and honestly, that’s been the most satisfying part. No more investing in a system that doesn’t invest back by keeping vehicles correct, this is the point of BR ratings.
Maybe this post gets taken down. Maybe it doesn’t. But I needed to say it. I’m burned out—not on the game itself, but on the way it’s managed. If you’ve been here long enough, you probably feel it too.
