Dear War Thunder Support Team,

Hello. I am a War Thunder player using a MacBook Air with an Apple M5 chip.

Whenever I click “Play” in the launcher, I receive a “Game File Corruption” error and cannot start the game.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Repaired the game files multiple times.
  • Completely reinstalled the game.
  • Factory reset my MacBook and installed the game again.

Unfortunately, the issue still persists.

My device information:

  • Device: MacBook Air (Apple M5)
  • Operating System: macOS Tahoe 26.3.1 (a)(25D771280a)
  • Game Version: Latest version available

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue? If additional logs or information are required, I would be happy to provide them.
