Lol last year December update, we literaly got F15,SU27,Gripen and Mirage 4000 getting added. 4 new type of airframe so 3 is not that much of a stretch. We could even see “4” as they could introduce F-2A Viper Zero.
Also russia pretty much has no new airframe for near future appart from SU24 and SU33 ones which technically are just canard SU27, also SU30 isn’t new it’s a twin seater SU27. Only true new airframe they could get for Top Tier is SU57 and for high tier is MIG25/31.

Don’t forget Mirage 2000D too
Not a brand new airframe just a twin seater M2KC with no guns and dorsal flares. If we talk about Aiframes that have a significant rupture with old or existant design For Apex Predators we got 3 : F16, Mig 29 and Tornado; For air superiority we got 4 : F15, SU27, JAS 39, Mirage 4000(Half a new on as it is a twin engine canard M2K) and for December this year we could get 3 : F/A-18, Rafale, Typhoon.
Why would F-2A Viper Zero count as a new airframe but Mirage 2000D doesn’t? There are clear visual differences between the Mirage 2000-5F/Mirage 2000C and Mirage 2000D
I counted F2 as half a new airframe because it’s bigger but honestly i wouldn’t consider it a new airframe deep inside because it is just a bigger F16, si i edited above post.
Also in my eyes they are still the same Delta wing with pointy noze. It wasn’t much work for gaijin to take 2KC airframe and change it a little. While for a Rafale for example they’d have to go from scratch.
What about J-10, or JF-17?
Maybe but honestly my hate towards China says : “If this tree could get removed from the game i would see no issue in it.”

It’s all C+P until you get to modern day unfortunately. Maybe a better solution would be if you have top tier Soviet you can research the non C+P Chinese planes

I’m personally a fan of Red Dragons and Blue Dragons concept from Wargame. That allows funny vehicles like North Korean MBTs to be represented, separates ROC from PRC, and satisfies those who’d rather not be seen as subordinate to Japan.
