as far as i am concerned i am done now, i answered specific questions topics to the best of my ability.
But i am not gonna let myself get attacked for stuff that didnt happen
There’s no point in being inflammatory and bringing up things that have already been reported and we don’t have anything further to add right now @dotSHINI Let’s let the developers go over the reports and handle them, I don’t see a reason for any fighting/instigation to be going on. It would be like me going to the Eurofighter thread and bringing up that “Eurofighter is overperforming in acceleration” EF2000 Overperforming in Acceleration // Gaijin.net // Issues.

Once the devs/tech mods update the reports then maybe it’s worth bringing it up for a discussion but we’re beating a dead horse at this point.

I understand where you’re coming from, but I suppose different threads operate in different ways, we normally don’t bring up old issues that have already been reported besides the occasional questions asking if there is any updates.

Keep in mind, those documents might not be exhaustive.
For example that could be just one of the operating modes for the AASM.
As for mmW vs IIR, I think the fact that GBU-53/B uses mmW + IIR (and uncooled IIR at that) is quite telling that both have their advantages in certain scenarios …

I wonder what the future holds for the AASM IR.
If developers decide to keep it, other weapons known to be unable to track moving targets (ex. SCALP-EG/Storm Shadow, JSOW, JASSM…) should also be able to track moving targets in the same way as the AASM IR.
