idk why but HMD locks are SOOOO unreliable.
maybe their lock acquisition time is way too short?
I dont know tbh but this problem occurs on almost any plane.
I just did an experiment for low speed turns of Rafale, Mirage 2K5F, Eurofighter and F-4F ICE, all with 25min fuel and only A2A loadout :
Rafale :
Mirage 2000-5F :
German Eurofighter :
F-4F ICE :
Also I only noticed during this experiment, but F-4F ICE doesn’t drop below 447kmh in turn fights, even with its combat flaps on

They changed EFT’s pilot model to real life counterpart, meanwhile they refused my bug report and claimed there are limited pilot models in this game.
Its obvious Gaijin doesnt care Rafale as much as they care EFT, they could’ve just accept my report and implement it later but instead they straight up refused it…

Because F4’s flight model is overperforming in sustain turn rate, i believe it was already reported or was about to.

But I suppose in the future gajin add MICA NG (active radar homing medium-range missile) before MICA NG (IR) and Meteor
I might expect french Rafale M F1 Late or F2.2

Do we have numbers? Videos are notably less consistent to interpret.

Sadly no. But after watching both videos at the same time on my screens (Rafale vs Eurofighter), I can say Rafale turns notably faster at 350kmh, but using the 2MICA + 2Magic2 loadout

They also mentioned a Swedish HMD model, but did not actually add it. Very strange that they ignored these and made a dedicated pilot model for EFT.

I dislike Rafale’s HMD tho, the one in the game rn, very uninformative
They actually used to use them in Gripen and this is a good change.

can’t take full air to air since I just completed 3/4 research of Rafale and haven’t started researching the German EF yet.
